I must have traded something like 10.000 live positions.
At least 500 of those where complete misstakes like i accidentaly pushed the buy/sell button or close button.
Some of them where of the complete wrong lot size.
I remember one in 2010 that was 10 times the intended lot size...
I paid A LOT MORE in spread then i would have wanted to.
Its cool that i have half the spread that i did in 2011.
On the other hand it moved twice as much back then...

What might be interesting though is how i would calculate such a thing.
And what i would do with it.

In general if i want to say anything about something like this. i use a chart.
Preferably a current chart.
So those lines i place are aproximations of levels i would want to keep track of.
Lets say a weekly high or low, those isnt something that ANY trader of ANYTHING would want to ignore.
At least to my mind.
And i think there are thousands of rather wealthy traders that would agree.
Some things that are old school seem like it will always matter.

Why on the other hand people seem to want to disregard M1, that to me is a mystery.
Since if price moves roughly 120 pip/day up or down, as long as it often moves 30 pip in 60 seconds, to me it would be INSANE to ignore M1, since you often cant see that kind of moves on D1 for example.
To regard 30 pip out of 120 as "noise" seem insane to me.
Thats kind of like ignoring the first 2 seconds of how a racecar gets to 100 miles per hour.

I have no go grasp of how to be profitable using only H4 or D1 charts.
Its a mystery to me.
And not one mystery im willing to direct much of my attention to.
I know what i need to focus on, and its not that.
Its M1 mainly.

Its not an absolute given that i will either sell or buy or do anything at all at those levels.
But i know A LOT of people are looking at them, basing theyr decisions on that.
So i want to keep track of them.

We havent had more then one hour of strong selling since the 28th of November, at which time we had 8 consequtive hours of rather strong selling.
To me that means that if we again get just one hour of selling, that dont mean much, it needs to be a more sustained selling with a lower low on H1.
Before i would want to say its time to have more confidence in selling.

Well, I believe one minute trading chart is so important to the day traders; but maybe swing traders are ignoring this small time frame because of high volatility!
