exness not paying
Deposited $100 on 5th of May,2022.withdraw $100 profit but exness wont pay saying "for security reason". i contacted support, after many days i got a mail asking for screenshot of both my crypto and bank statement showing the deposits and have since done that.yet not able to withdraw.The support keeps saying its a regular maintenance done by financial department and don't know when it will be resolved.exness please pay me account :54001365

I strongly recommend you to retrain your Chinese team

I've been using EX's account half years and I've always rated him well and would recommend it to my friends.

But everything has changed from this month,without any warning.

My account was blocked, the reason given to me was a routine check, ok, I accept your check, I provided a photo of my hand holding the document, Then I followed up with their team at the same time, can you tell me what other profs needed, I can provide all of them together to avoid wasting our time and the response was an additional email asking for my source of income BLABLABLA, OK, I continued to reply, and then I asked another question, do you need any other documents ,still no response, OK, the next email asks me to continue to provide proof of my deposit, my income Proof, blablabal, OK, I continued to cooperate with you, and at the same time asked, is there anything else missing?

Still no response.

Then today I got another email asking for all my bank statements for 6 months, this time I didn't cooperate, I refused.

I contacted the customer service and got a very unprofessional response, you need to cooperate with us to provide the required documents and don't answer your questions at all, just like a robot; I asked her I don't want to trading with this company anymore, I hope to terminate all contracts , and don't want all profits. (Because it's only $80), I just need to get back my 2,000 deposit and then cancel my account, I don't want to have any more contact with the company;
The answer still is that you need to cooperate with us, and we have no way to deal with other issues.

I really just want to say fuck you.

I know that there should be EX staff on this website. I have no problems with your company during my use. I am very grateful for this, but your Chinese customer service team and chinese background check team absolutely need to be retrained ,they are disgraceful for your company.

My accounts are 19059244 and 19080744 . The first account has $26000 and the second account has $40662 .
I have been working with Exness for a long time and have been very happy , but everything has changed from last week .
On September 1st , I tried to withdraw money from both of my accounts , and the system showed that the withdrawal was refused . The reason was for security reasons .

I contacted customer service and they told me that the account was under regular review and that I needed to provide a photo of my ID and then I was asked to provide relevant documents , but 5 days have passed , and my account has not been reviewed and the withdrawal still has been refused .
If the withdrawal cannot be made , how can Exness ensure the safety of the client's funds ?
I have no objection to the regular account review , but the company should notify the client by Email in advance , instead of refusing the withdrawal when the customer withdraws, and then asking the customer to go to the support service to get the reason , this approach is extremely irresponsible to the customer , and I can guarantee that I have followed the same trading strategy in over the years , and I have never had any improper trading behavior , really have no idea why I can be under the review.
I hope the Exness can speed up the review and guarantee that I can withdraw freely .

You guys are the best. I run a cent account with you and the experience has been awesome.
Exness is my favorite broker except their 4H candles are different than other broker's charts.
