Vitek's long silence is very concerning, especially given the comments in the "Prop Firm Hub" thread from people waiting for ever to be paid out by FTMO.

Those comments must be costing FTMO customers, yet they still don't reply.

That's alarming.

FTMO comes online but doesnt respond to the thread, HUGE RED FLAG

I'll be honest. I was about to buy the FTMO challenge program before I read the prop firm Thread and saw the odd absence here. transparency is key. My valuation of FTMO was mostly based on that they are one of oldest prop firms around and thus gave it credibility. I still have hopes tho. Since FTMO seemed to be the best prop firm until as of late from what I read. But if nothing is addressed on forums like this. Why should one do a risky investment.
I have sent a private message to Vitek-FTMO on here about two days ago. He has since logged on but has not yet responded. Maybe they do not answer PM's or maybe he has not received any notification about it. We can only speculate at this point, which is not really good.

You place too much value on their participation this thread. There has literally been near zero questions for the past two months. If you have an urgency then hit them up directly via chat support and or email.

-Maybe it is better to not make assumptions. For me, it is a matter of principle only. If they choose to abandon FF, then so be it. I just think that notifying people of that decision seems reasonable and professional.

-I do not assume the worst. I am considering all possibilities while stating my opinion regarding what the outcome has been based on whatever the reasoning is for their decisions.

They're assuming the worst because FTMO has gone silent for ages while customers are waiting to be paid out, and their online support is unable to help or explain.

Last week I submitted the request as per usual but the invoices have just sat there waiting for over a week now which is kind of shift from the normal times to expect. I've had a couple of goes at the live chat to see if I could validate any timelines or issues but the answers haven't been particularly useful, mainly around thanking me for my patience (which I must admit I could work on hehe!). I know one week isn't that long of a time. Just curious if anyone else has experienced similar. The live chat were super friendly but perhaps not able to...

I'm not sure I'd manage to be as calm and cool about that as you sound, Causation.

Still no update about your long-overdue payout?!

For me, "friendly" wouldn't cut it, if they owed me money, weren't paying and weren't even able to say why "without some reference to forwarding to other departments of which I am yet to hear from"!!
