Can you create an EA that helps read the chart?

Well, I just wonder it. EA, AI, Algorithm whatever you can say, most of the EA reads the chart and executes the trades based on the logic coded in it. The reason I start this thread because I know the EXACT market movement of those institutional traders. I just need it to be an assistant. It wouldn’t be a good idea to look at the chart all day long. Personally, I prefer eurusd. So I just gonna ask you guys can we create an EA that help reading the chart? Is it possible? If not, why?

Logically, the EA maker who reads the chart, and the conclusion of the EA maker pours it into the EA in the form of code on the EA
Maybe big companies can make an EA that can read charts using AI connected to MT4
but your hope in FF Forum seems impossible
