Seriously I have worked so hard last years (with some other friends here too) to find some reliable technique showing sensible levels for the DAX.
These days I made a sort of mix from different perspective and when confluences appear they are often right.
But it's a day by day work in progress as BugHands dont want give clear signs to poor humans as me, you, us.

I dont think so. What is clear ther's a strong shift from US fianncial markets and maybe Asian too, into European markets, DAX included, at least so far on last 3/4 weeks.

13590 zone for DAX CASH INDEX = 13610 for DAX Future price, was the resistance till late morning.
