How do you know that you don't follow bad ideas?

It is only an idea humans created in their mind which has nothing to do with reality.

Oh, I forgot to point out the fact that you had interpreted the info provided by CNBC as signals, when they never were considered to be signals. So the bad idea was in your mind, not anywhere outside of your mind.
Again, I am not trying to shame anybody, I am trying to show you something very important.

What is the objective method by which we can find out if any idea in our mind is a good or bad one?

Thanks for your response. It is customizable but does not do what I am looking for. So, basically it should take 2 or 3...or x candles and convert those to one APB (make a new TF so to speak).
The custom candle indi I posted does the first part only.

Isn't that practically the same as changing the MA periods in the APB to show a different timeframe?
If the indi is looking at 9 periods of H1, it is 18 H1 periods that make one H2 period, right?

There's an EA, which lets one see the BB width as percentage of ADR. (source https://www.tools4win.com/mt4/bbwidth-dash)
Could anyone improve it, so that more tickers could be inserted?

Whatever period I put in there, it keeps showing the same candles...?

I don't remember, maybe a long time ago, if it was in my archives.
I'm not using these ideas any more, they don't add anything to my decisions.
If anything, they only provide missinformation.

It just plots pseudo-candles using ractangles, it is useless.
