EU pa is bullish to me. This is not a call to short. If pa runs down to .9898.5 or deeper .9851. it looks like a buy to me. Its looking like a flag and pole to me. So it may just rise 2X the pole without retracing.

Sometimes in a news event pa will run to .9851/67 ish, then bounce to a new high after things settle. This one looks like a flag and pole. The knee jerk news part is what drops them..

I dont know if .9850/51 will be tested. I do have multiple supports there. Other s/r on the chart.

everything is possible here , I quick push up to 1.01 tomorrow and sideways , and or back to 1.00 and sideways , could stay sideways , or a little back down to 99 , a bigger to 98 or even 97 .

I think today will stay sideways and the big news tomorrow will push it higher , with a possible move down before the news. Just an idear , depend if the market like the the new rate hike or not. The move up seems limited this month , 9850 need to be a strong support

The EU is looking very bullish. Its likely on its way to 1.0349 or 1.0805 algo wise. So before news, it has a chance to dump. This is not a short call. But the EU did reach the 1.0078 algo. Since it completed. The chance to retrace is natural. Retrace wise .9977 has a window. .9977/68/67/61 is a nice tight window atm, SL can be fairly small. If it dont retrace, no harm. But it it does. it may be a decent long. With a relatively small stop. The strategy would be a long .9977/67/61. Plus spread. To get this low. It will have to get below 1.0036/39. One can see this dont look likely. If it did, some will say manipulation. Its not the average move. But it happens often enough to say its not unusual.

The GBP is still within a normal slip., This is a risk to reward position trade. It does have risk. It is still in the normal range. It can fail. It can be wrong. Atm as in all rises the gbp looks bullish. It has reached 1.1599. That was the algo. After reaching an algo. Pa often reverses to an opposite one. Like in ping pong. The original one i was looking at is 1.0916. Now it has others higher, like 1.1409 to 1.0916. Anyway if this is right. It will fall. If not The risk was built in the chart.

Since 1409/slip is a possible now.. it can also spur support. As things improve in GB. Its harder to fall. Or the opposite if they worsen. 1.0916/slip is a buy GBP area to me.
