    President Xi Jinping declared China’s global power had increased while warning of “dangerous storms” ahead, striking a defiant tone to kick off a twice-a-decade Communist Party meeting at which he’s expected to clinch a precedent-busting third term in office. “China’s international influence, appeal and power to shape the world has significantly increased,” Xi said in Beijing on Sunday in a wide-ranging speech to kick off the weeklong party congress. The only purpose of Zero Covid policy is to prevent people from going out on the streets and protesting against the disastrous financial and economical situation and undermining the human rights in China.

maybe you should go and see China and stop watching 20 years old documentaries from China on TV, the TV doesn't want to tell you what China looks like today because the next day you would be in front of the parliament with a pitchfork.

Sure they have. We all have seen their brutality. There’s only one problem. In the era of paying so attention to human rights and respecting international laws it is way more convenient for a dictator based system like CCP to impose restriction and preventions from going out on the street and protest than cracking down on people who go out and protest against the regime.

PS: I have been in Czech Republic too

Besides don’t you find it weird that people from Hong Kong and China like my post while people from Pakistan like a post from a Czech citizen who suggest me to stop watching old propaganda and to make a trip to China before I post such comments……

I think this policy has helped China to tackle COVID because of its population. Without this policy, things would be different than they are now...
