It was very late, yesterday, and I was very tired, so I failed to make this one work in mtf version, especially for "current". Now corrected and it should work. This version plots the lines starting from the candle number specified in "bars". The right offset of the lines can be adjusted, and the right offset of the labels can be adjusted individually.

You don't need any indicator for this.
You can use the Horizontal Line tool from mt4 and place it on the close price of your hour, and it will stay there.
You can input the precise price if you want, by double clicking on the line (selecting it) and then right clicking on it. You will get Horizontal line properties, and in the tab Parameters you can type in the exact price.
Or, you can do the same with the Trend line tool. Just needs a bit of practise if you have never done this.

Another option is to use this indicator we have created recently:

It's easy to use, you just click once on the candle you want and you get the time vline and the close hline.
You can delete the lines by clicking once on the hline.

Hy I don't know much about coding but can someone help me by fixing that histogram so it looks like macd histogram,how can I do it please help or should I post the indicator here? Please help

You can select the day and the hour, and it will plot the Close or Open prices of those days, and extend the line to the right until the next plot.

That indi can be used for big news and such. Such as NFP or FOMC. You can later see if a news event released. Has been erased by pa. Often on a large release like a rate increase the level stands as a S/R. Another tool.

My System which I have shared here uses your amazing indicator. Its one of the Key ingredient.
Would it be possible to code those 4 Conditions for the subwindow(or on chart) as written Text?
(The Breakout condition might be difficult?)
