  2. My new real estate investment needs much more time than I planned
  3. Same strategy as yd, some additionals round and below yd lows, specially DAX CFD and many closing orders (specially FDXS) from 56..until 590/610 zone.

Quick update of my positions, as it was not easy manage them while I was out almost whole day.

 

  1. additionals were filled around/below yd lows as indicated on my last morning post: 5FDXS at average 485 and 3 DAX CFD average 499
  2. all positions in place were closed at 1st decent rise towards 550/560 zone just after US official open, included positions already in place
    (6FDXS 567 and 2 DAX CFD 535)
  3. some fast trades made on the afternoon, I will show next post

2 FDXS bought 439 and 456, closed at 485 and 498 for +29 and +59 p FDXS=+88 p FDXS=+17,5 pips FDXM

Yes, it's an huge real estate investment as it needs a lot of works, lets say to rent for some weeks, even a month during spring, or summer to tourists.
And to stay in relax way for me and my family during spring/summer/autumn weekend or for some weeks when it's hot outside.
It's in the sweet hills, so fresh but not too far from the mediterranean sea, 10 min/10 km.

So I reduced in dramatic way my trading account and something more I have to cut for the works needed, week by week, month by month.
Anyway all this was possible thanks to wild horse......

US markets are preparing the ground for tomorrow fireworks.
Anyway after so big rally during current week, it's normal to see a retracement and frankly in so soft way.

So done my day and waiting for tomorrow:+44+26+28+19,5+17,5=TOTAL +135 pips FDXM.

No, it's not so old, it was not made by ancien Romans. Lets say th exterior walls are from late 1800, early 1900. Maybe gardens and trees older.

But it needs a lot of work s to repair, renovate and modernize the interior structure and rooms + solar panels and so on.

A lot of works and money. Anyway until I can get my constant gains here I'm on track also for these new challenges. Otherwise.....

And AMD just went out wirh a profit warning, just before the Q3 earning season that will start next week in US. No good for Techs.
Same profit warning also just went out for Levi Strauss, famous jeans/clothing firm.

Many many thanks for your kind words. Much appreciated, specially from a Top Trader as you!

Me and my wife didnt want a classic 2nd house, we searched for a park, a little park obviously, with inside a classic house/mansion to modernize.
This one was not on the screen of many tourists that buy an house in Italy as it needed a lot of works inside and also the gardens need continuos works.
Then local people search for some smaller investment, so in the end I bought at an affordable price but last weeks and next I will be very busy to follow what it needs.

Thats why on my last journals I often take some/many hours without posting and trading.

DAX CASH INDEX official (9-17:35CET) left 2 gaps open last days:

last monday at 12228 and yd at 12422 (this one in not sure, to be checked at 9CET).

Taking into account only current wild week and only DAX CASH INDEX Official data here below the possible retracements indicated by our MAESTRO LEONARDO.
