This happens most weeks, before big news like NFP. Its best to stay out, or go with the flow. Bitching about it, wont change what happens most often. It will just drain your account.

I dont have a good algo to benchmark. Using the low. The gbp beast is above the 13%. benchmark. Higher than the eu or gold.
