Forex Trade Manager MT4 & MT5 remembers the last settings from the panel each time it is closed properly.
Due to the different parameters of symbols or the precision of quotations and for performance reasons, we recommend opening the chart window for each symbol and running a separate Trade Manager instance on each of them.

Glad you figured it out.

For general information, when you purchase any product via mql5.com market you get a license associated with your computer ID. License for a Trade Manager contains 10 activations what means you can install program on max. 10 different computers. There is no limit to MT4/MT5 accounts.

The installation process for the second and subsequent computers is the same as for the first installation. You just need to go to the "Market" tab and the "Purchases" sub-tab of the Metatrader platform and simply click the "Install" button next to the Trade Manager on the list. I rented the program a few days ago to give it a test run. It does what I need which is making the process of putting stops on orders very easy. Along with the ability to easily move that stop and take partial profits.

Can this trade manager restrict the lot size made by another EA?

I need way to set max lot of positions opened by another EA which doesn't have such a parameter. If the EA calls for a position higher than my max lot, then the position should open at the max lot that I have set.

In EA Trade Manager for MT4 and MT5, it automatically calculates the lot size for a trade based on a specific risk, e.g. a percentage of the account size and the stop loss size, which in practice means that in the case of a negative scenario, when the SL is hit, you will not lose more than you specified. You can also specify this amount in the currency of the account.
Generally, for an open or placed order, you cannot change the lot size, you just need to close or cancel the transaction and reopen it with a valid lot. Therefore, in this situation, you would have to calculate the lot size for a new transaction in Trade Manager according to specific conditions and then enter the calculated value to the second EA.

Hi just purchased this and seem to be having a few issues namely, excessive lag (for scalping this is miles off.)

Delay of one click order to market seems to be about 2 to 8 seconds and moving to breakeven 10+ seconds if I'm lucky that price is still there! Just done another and it took 18 seconds!

Any explanations would be helpful, I'm pointing my server to the nearest one which is 18ms.

Currently this isn't useable for me.

I am having a similar issue after updating my trade manage to the new version 3.35 or something. The lag is way too much and the EA response time is practically unusable for scalping, session trading or market orders. I hope they fix it asap.

Of course, such delays are unacceptable and undermine the sense of the program, but this is not standard program behavior.
This happens rarely and a very large group of traders use the program successfully every day, but each time we encounter such behavior it was related to the operation of any of the background programs or indicators (unfortunately, there are still indicators that perform calculations for all bars in history with each new tick; imagine how long it takes for these calculations) running on the chart with Trade Manager do not leave the Trade Manager with a lot of computer resources to quickly execute.

As you know, windows is a multitasking system, but this is where each task / process is queued and has to wait for the rest of the processes to be serviced and then it gets time to get its tasks done and so on. If there are too many jobs in the queue or they take too much time then we have a lagging effect.
With each new version, we add new functions so that the program has a few additional operations to perform, but these are not so complicated tasks that clearly overload the computer and slow down the program.

Before each update is published, we perform stress tests of the program on computers that are several years old to check if it requires more optimization.
I suggest that you do a revision of the background programs on your computer and do a test that checks the program on a clean chart, without any additional indicators (it's best to leave only this one graph open in the metatrader for testing).

For me, the previous version was working fantastic. It started lagging immediately after the update. I will wait till Monday fit a zoom.

It is also worth pointing out that I am using a pretty powerful Asus gaming laptop for trading. So it is not an old laptop.
