Canada often got the remnants of U.S. Southern hurricanes. That has caused many floods in the past. Now with global warming. The warmer water is further North. Canada is getting its own hurricane. Just Imagine those North-Easters in the North East coming in winter.

Longs are against a good strong trend. You should have a reasonable hard stop loss. 45 pips was just from 1 example. I dont have enough big reversals to have a average worth talking about. Oher means below .9596 with some confirmation should be used.

It looks like non commercial got spanked. NC closed more short. Overall 4k more shorts were closed.

Mid week at close. Retailers, and hedge funds were net long. We dont know what happened since. Atm it looks like someone closed a lot of longs, or added shorts. I think more shorts will close .9595/50 area. I think more longs will be added there. That is probably a place that tilts the balance to longs. Not that the main trend will change. The last one I see like this was 1250 pips. I think 1.0349 is not so far. At 750 ish pips.

Lets not kid ourselves. Anything concerning fundis, trend, rates etc. look EU bearish. They are bearish. All I see here is a tech reason. I once thought that pa had to return to the inception mid, at 1.0835. The pool at 1.0805.5. 1250 pips off .9575/50 is damn close to 1.0835. I dont have any reasons to post this tin hat theory. This just happens to fit a puzzle.

If pa is to bounce a decent amount. This area 0.960x/0.9596/0.950ish area has a lot of dotted I's and crossed T's. This is larger then the others over the last few months. Most of those worked, .9780 did not. This larger pool 0.9596 attractant. So close to FOMC probably was most of the reason 0.9780 didnt work. The 4 working ones total was over 300 pips each. (+1200 gain). The last one a -50 pips loss. I think the larger players are watching this 0.9596 area. To closes shorts.

The long for .9780 failed. It was also a tp point from 1.0159.

This is not a snowball strategy. This one to be held, or take a loss. Later entry's will lesson the reward, to risk factor. Directional trend wise, the risk is greater (falling knife(. Directional is one trend trending method. PA has other trends less talked about.

I think it had a chance to bounce and didnt 1.0875 area. The low atm is less than 40 pips below it. 1.0720 area may be a better spot. Its very bearish coming into these pools.

You can short a low, or wait for a bounce to short it. Its always a gamble. Price is less than 400 pips from ALT low.
