It looks like 1.0029/30 or 59.. When it breaks 1.0023 it probably will go 20 pips more. That puts it close to 1.0059. Norm is 1.0068 or 71.

I went back decades.. .8861 is in this mix too. Its probably stronger than .8813. The thing being, I dont know if .8813 will stop it. I try to use the closest, and strongest. It is stronger. That makes the range wider. I personally will use .8861. Then if it closes below 8851. Its viable to those white levels. Those levels are small. The blue one is larger. That should net 350 pips. Once .8863 is hit. I look for topping pa to enter. Closing below .8851 is a light confirmation. Better with larger closes.

Any white and blue has a potential bounce. I may look for a long after blue is reached.

I'm thinking sell bounces. 6,521 greater on the short interest. Wednesday close after these positions was 9950. PA is above that now. But after Monday be prepared for a pump

This report is opposite.. Both longs and shorts were closed. Overall more longs were close. The euro looks to be spanked verse most pairs.

Hi Gato,I dont see dmt trader's post any more hope he is doing fine because I know he is ur friend, I want to know, when U started as a newbie do you use any ind because I dont see you use any at the moment except cot expiring price i want to be a trader without any ind just using ind now to learn

EJ may have topped for several hundred pips of drop last week. St 143.22/42 + some slippage may be all it retraces. The red line liquidity rejected it. Add Cot where commercial and none commercial sold it. This current bounce may be just profit taking. Strength wise that red line is strong. Granted this is against the trend. The dashed red is possible future uncommitted pool. The white weaker than red, but stronger than blue. White may be where to target. and blue for partials. Because it can bounce there. Yellow a tiny time frame could offer a entry. Some slippage can happen. Yellow is not strong R. I Think there will be further drop. 140 240 360 530 pips. Take your pips and monitor those yellow area pools. Cot also had the eur looking weaker on crosses. It may Gap down. Like last weeks gap up. Don't over risk. Have a s/l of no more than 1%. This is a yen pair. You have to plan a s/l before hand. A short is counter trend. For those yellow lines to be valid. Slippage can not be more than 50 pips above each yellow level. This is a wide scalp entry. But one trying to get a position trade on a bounce. When in those yellow levels look for your favorite indi entry. Void it if it dont look right. If you blow your account trading a yen pair against the trend. Than you didnt risk 1% or less. This is counter trend. Its risky to trade counter trend. So if you trade counter trend. You trades size should be smaller. This will either work, or it will blow up in your face. If you have profit or loss. and its not looking right. Take the profit/loss before your tp/sl hits.

Its dropped 300 pips and retraced some. Its looking like longs will be squeezed further.

I have a signal for buy and will start buying asap. (EUR/JPY). I'll post the chart later, not at home at the moment. However, with BoJ hanging above our heads we need to be cautious.

TP at 145. No more no less.

Maybe focus on USD/JPY and CHF/JPY also this week. They are also at the tops, but main focus on EUR/JPY of course.

I have a forum dedicated to EUR/JPY only so hop in if you want.

Yeah I did see that sentiment about 80% being short. The thing is. They are almost 700 pips in the hole. That may distort that some. The same shorts were 950 pips averaged in the hole last week. So evidently they have some holding power. They refuse to close. A lot of retail hedges I suspect. This is some of the reason there so many retail shorts. I know banks, and hedge funds over a dollar amount have to register in the commercial and none commercial category. The others are assumed to be retailors. Your using a brokers sentiment, I assume. The COT contract assessment may be closer close to actual sentiment. No sure way to tell. Cot has its drawbacks too. Its assessment was trades prier to Wednesdays close. Some of these longs may have already tp. Futures wise on the euro. Favors a eur short. I understand your method, and reasons. I have been burned using it before. Lets see what happens.
