This indicator can put horizontal lines, and channels, in the way you want, TSR appears, click on the letter, and after playing, a white dot appears, with it you can go up, down, expand, shrink, I hope that be what you're looking for.

Does anyone know and can provide some indicator to update the MT4 screen? That way, I won't need to keep changing the timeframe to update the screen. This is to update some indicators that recalculate.

There is an external program that sends ticks to any open MT4 charting called MT4Ticker, useful when markets are closed at weekends.

You can use autorefresh indicator that will refresh the chart at an interval set by you :
