I am looking for a developer to perform some tasks on MT5. I am having a hard time find one. The issue is transparency, because I do not want to pay unless I see a demo of the work, and the developer obviously won't start working unless they got paid. So what do we do from there?
The reason why I do not want to pay unless I see the a demo version is because when I select a developer on MQL5 for instance, they can not complete the job, so when filing for arbitrage, even if I do win the case I end up losing some money. Even though the amount isn't too big, how repetitive filing for arbitrage has become, you will end up losing a decent portion of your money.
