Hi all,
personally for today I placed a buy limit order @ 13331 (CFD) ...
In the hope that that is a level from which to see a reaction

Breakout from a narrow range ongoing, to the downside. We're on the edge on going down for multiple days. The US will have a determining vote now.

They can go anywhere. On low volume periods, like lunch, the price can travel big distances on small volumes. It's not very reliable and is often reversed.
But I've been bearish for the last few days, as written here. I started shorting around 380-400. I stated that I'd start to get "worried" if 500-550 was broken and sustained with a possible target at 650. I'll become more bullish (questioning myself), only if 600 if broken up, sustained. 650 was my original price, but today this target has moved down due due the action on friday.
My view, in case there's doubt, is a multiday view. I'm looking at the daily and weekly charts and check we stand compared to the last few days/weeks. Most my positions are multi day positions and I have many "bullets" to fire until the market exhaust itself. Think about what Brixen does, but on a wider timeframe. I do occasionally scalp multiple times per day when conditions allow, on excess moves, mainly to improve my vwap. Staying fluid is key. Not locking yourself in one fixed idea.

Only 2 FDXS were filled at 351 and 365. Right now I'm closing 1 position at 500 for +135 p FDXS=+27 pips FDXM

13335 was today official low for DAX CASH INDEX....I hope for you that your order was filled for a very good gain.

Typical wild horse move today: when it seemed they wanted to go down for a crash......DAX and main markets rebounded squeezing all shorts around!!!

  1. 13470/480 zone new support zone now...probably until tonight close 22CET
  2. From here they could squeeze another leg higher or they are re-loading some new shorts
  3. In the while I hold my last FDXS 13351

Everyone expects a collapse of the markets,
but if no exogenous facts are involved (Taiwan , Ukraine, etc), I look at the DOW.

Until the DOW definitively loses 32476 ( CFD on daily open ) , we will always see attempts to raise, even only to stop all the bears.

Everybody has a refer in US, I guess.
I only watch US SP500 (ever tarded, as I trade only DAX) since long time as US refer, becasue is a good mix in between Techs and traditional Big US Companies.
Anyway it's a personal choice, and I respect every personal choice.
In the end what it really matters it is that it works for you and it works for me.....
