I would expect 130 again before 90, unless we are starting a recession, which the economic data doesn't support yet.

Already in a recession, they just aren't admitting it yet. The Fed is targeting commodities. Oil cannot stay high with Powell raising rates and pulling liquidity every month also. Too powerful a combo.

Their plan is working, as soon price will suit expectations they will lock the area.
