I was able to load MT4 into Linux Mint using Wine and it seems to be running ok. My problem is how can I add indicators, templates, etc to MT4 in Wine. Linux does not let me copy and paste. I uploaded all my indicators, etc to the downloads section of Linux but cannot get them into MT4. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Install wine on 64 bit architecture
1. sudo apt update
2. sudo apt install wine64
3. Run the wine config command from the terminal
winecfg
then press Enter and change - Application settings - to Window 10
4. If wine virtual drive
.wine 
is not visible in the file explorer
press Ctrl+H
(pressing Ctrl+H repeatedly switches hidden folders to visible and not visible)
5. If - Open With Wine Windows Program Loader - is not available as open option
sudo cp /usr/share/doc/wine/examples/wine.desktop /usr/share/applications/wine.desktop
6. The Wine icon will appear in the main menu list only after an app or program is linked to run under Wine."

Z - Update
This is more efficient:
- Create a folder AutoSH.
- Open a text editor and copy the script commands inside the code box and save the file as UpDate.sh in the AutoSH folder.Inserted Code

- Locate the file, right click, select Permissions tab, check: Allow executing file as program.
- Right click desktop and click: +Create a new launcher here.
- First, check: (a) launch in Terminal?, (b) Name: Z - UpDate ^, (c) Browse: Navigate to the UpDate.sh file and select to fill the Command:box.
- Click the red and white icon and select an Icon from available sources.
- Check list:
- Is script text file saves in *.sh format - zxy.sh ?
- Is your _password enclosed in single quotation as 'your_password' ?
- Is Permissions - checked: Allow executing file as program ?
- Is Launcher option Checked: Launch in Terminal ?
^ If any desktop automation launchers are prefixed with Z - they will all be grouped together and as the last listed icons which make locating them easier and faster to locate.
NOTE: If the Update manager icon is in the system tray it should disappear after the Z - UpDate script is run - IF - the relevant option is checked - like: Hide the update manager after applying updates

- xyz.sh scipts for Z - Shutdown, Z - Reboot, Z - Close All, Minimise All, follow the same steps - EXCEPT - DO NOT - Checked: Launch in Terminal ?

Linux Mint 22.3 on a Lenova IdeaPad 1-14IGL05
I was gifted a 'son grown out of gone to big school' Lenovo Ideapad 1-14IGL05 with Window 11 Home installed.
The machine was painfully slow.
To breath new life into the machine I changed the OS to Linux.
I could have gone with a lighter distro than Mint 22.3 Cinnamon but I made some - unavoidable - modes that has resulted in considerable performance enhancements.
As and when - to detail obstacles and solutions I experienced.
