I got a little confused at the beginning went against the tide due to being not fully prepared!! but was able to find the flow in the end.
my exit was tad bit too early I was supposed exit at that green line but i didn't again due to me being not fully prepared.

I'll be going for a vacation for a week from Friday I guess I'm already in the vacation mode.
there's really no other excuse other than that.

we're bearish thus far I have 316 for resistance nearest untested support is at 216-220

I have a habit of mistaking retrace waves with directional change overall a net +day but in terms of "flow" I almost drowned except for the last leg up and the following leg down but hey its my first trading day since a week long holiday so I'll excuse myself this time around . The relationship between these levels are so delicate as I am finding out every single day, there're truly the only thing that matters what happens in between is out of your hands much like our own life is it we believe that we have control over our own decisions so we try to manipulate and fabricate everything we force ourselves on life just like we force our views on price movement. Can you imagine the possibility if we just responded to whatever is happening and learn to flow along to what is ? both in life and in trading... ah just a thought that'd be a pure bliss.

Patterns expand and contract price sometimes "bypasses" certain levels so that makes the reading of patterns and levels ever more complicated plus you have to trade what is happening now you never know if a level will hold and you never know for sure what patterns will develop and the best you can do is to prepare fully and when the trading day begins start by testing the waters and by testing the waters you get a feel of the pulse of the movement and when you're finally in rhythm you "attack" (and by that I mean re entry) I'm not very well versed in different position sizes for now ! there's really no other way to describe it other than that. And as soon as you try to put things into categories and boxes you will begin to counter losses after losses. Hindsight is great but actual trading is done successfully without any hindsight by dancing to the beat of the rhythm of the dance.

Remember how before the session began I had 316 as resistance well as it is often the case with trading price bypassed that level and plunged deep ! my first short was done well but on re entries and exits I could have done way better ! but one thing's for certain I've still got more to learn but boy do I feel different these days I'm going to cross the pond very soon.

Yesterday I took the mother of all losses this is what happens when you try to put price into boxes and catergories I completely neglected the levels here I was too rigid this should serve as a constant reminder that as soon as you divert from trading pure price and its level in the now pure bliss will turn into pure HELL.

Forget about predications forecasts and black magic. Be in the now!!

Thus far bulls are in control they've gone above 240 the bear territory there's not much above 286 as far as bear untested area goes but I have my up trend line which has yet to be tested but its way up there below the nearest bulls are at 077 the other than that I know nothing I'll go with the flow.

slowly but surely recovery is in progress
time and time again I'm being shown that nothing is certain beyond those key levels
price bounces off of these key levels like a game of ping pong

you anticipate but you trade off of the reaction and not your opinion

I'm still a little struggling to navigate myself through these key levels because new levels / patterns emerge as each bar is printed so you constantly have to re-align yourself to these new developments

with a little practice I should be fine, seeing those levels should come like a second nature gotta have to be optimistic.

I have resistance at 290-297 area and support at 276-262 if this bulls zone gets defeated next zone is in between 171-161 if bulls manages to push through this bear zone next bear zone is around 468

I keep turning winning trades to losing trades my direction has been good and my trade management and lack of understanding on minute details on PA keeps haunting me.

I'll need some serious work on trade management !
