In this thread I will post various market situations that I have seen. The analysis will be carried out with the help of my own written indicators for MetaTrader 5.

I'll start with Netflix.
I have an indicator called "TrendMeasurer indicator". It is based on Paul Levine's "TB-F". However, I drastically reworked it and removed the volume from the calculations.
The essence of the indicator is that it, so to speak, measures the rest of the current trend. The trend should be strong, directional, without serious pullbacks. As soon as the indicator stops, having used up all its "fuel", or the indicator curve will be broken by the price, it shows a potential reversal.

I use the cumulative delta to filter the direction of the trade. I think it's a great thing to stay out of the wrong direction.

Made a new indicator. Looks for potential end of corrections to current movements. Or in other words, it catches pullbacks.

The main thing - in contrast to various zigzags and fractals - the indicator does not lag, i.e. gives a signal right at the end of the candle. It does not overdraw.

It works with any trading tools and timeframes.

I do not use it directly, but filter the direction of the current movement by other means. For example, if the long direction is filtered out, then I look for long pullbacks
