Typically, large institutions and big-money players, they would search for liquidity in order to complete their desired positions in the market.

They would mostly target small money players and work around the predictable spots for support and resistance levels, so similarly, we should also keep an eye on these levels.


Liquidity Vacuums near Key Zones

It is not a coincidence that you will often see price racing towards a key zone.
If I may….actually, the faster price accelerates into a key support and resistance zone, the more the chances that it will likely rebound.
Especially during High Impact News event.

A lot will depend on the strength of the zone itself and how conspicuous it is.

Look at the liquidity zones mrked on this chart.
Arguably, these zones are perhaps the most important when it comes to orderflow trading which in itself is really just trying to align your entries and trades with money flowing from large funds and institutions.

The best entries come from understanding where they've trapped everyone into doing the wrong thing, then trading against them because that's what "the market" is GOING TO DO.

Look at every great move down, its a bull candle then a bear candle WITH A WICK ON TOP.
You know what that wick is! It was once the beginning of another bull candle.
