I have plotted the 1 hour chart much more accurately and it appears to have exactly hit its target. I don't trust the 4 hour chart because the closes can vary so much.

This was plotted using AB = CD comprised of a box trade.

Been looking at the daily chart and it looks like there is a target down at 2706, we will see.

Thanks for your accolade.

Once again it is not a system but an explanation of how the market moves and the opportunities it presents us in these movements.

I have shown many of the moves and anyone of them can be developed into a system of sorts but I think it better to be responsive to all the moves the market appears to be taking. Thus it is better to learn as much as we can and I keep learning new stuff too.

Mostly I look at the equal swings where price moves in one direction for a time and then changes to move 100% in the opposite direction forming the familiar check shape or Nike trade mark. These are all ABC and D shapes of different structures the difference being the pivot point of C.

The swings of the EMA averages gives us clues the the direction and distance of the current moves contained within the entire structure of moves where we can make quick daily profits consistently which I presume is what we all want.

Hope this helps a tad.

I put my targets on a scrap 1 hour chart like below so I can see stuff more clearly amidst all the noise.

When it hit that daily target it becomes a ZOO point, look to the 1 hour and we have a bull div there and it is about 100 pips back to the EMA so we should be able to get a few.

These are just other versions of ABCD swings.

I know of four types and check them all, one day I may write them up.

That's so great.
I seem to know 2 of them, what you just explained above is great, but that seems to be used to calculate take profit targets.
1. is target calculation based on range . box 2. 100% fibo expansion. I don't know if what you describe is correct or not, just looking forward to more guidance!

Not sure about the Fib bit, it seems to me the most important Fib number is the 50% and that isn't even a Fib number.
