The US’s CFTC conducted a civil enforcement act against one Kay Yang and her two proprietary companies. Yang, AK Equity Group LLC and Xapphire LLC, were charged for forex fraud as well as fund misappropriation. They are held accountable for soliciting mor than $15.7 million from 67 investors.

The CFTC detailed that the scheme ran its course for almsot 3 years, from April 2017 till March of 2020.

The 12h earlier closed above 0796. Lc just closed higher. 0835.5 may get a visit. I cant say long. If it did close a day above 0835.5, In may have some more bounce in it. Generically that could bring 0840. So besides a day close above 0835.5. You may want a close above 0840 to help. Both are R. Beyond these 0970/71 All of these are R all need a close on the side they want to go. It most moves, even extreme ones. A bounce will happen. Generically you can place pendings. 0995 may have lost some attraction. but it still should have some R power. PA is stuck within the shadow of 0835.5. A decent R is 1066. I put a large one here at 1064, backed by 1066 may be a sweet spot. That's about a 200 pip bounce. Sure the odds are against a bounce that size. So its a waste on my part. I like The Risk compared to reward there. Its not likely to be triggered. It dont hurt to put something at some of these. You can do it now w/o the emotion. You can set the stop. you can sleep at night, you dont have to babysit them. The eu likes 100 pip moves. 1064 is slightly over 200 pips. That makes it a little more extreme. It has Q R there at 1066. Oh 0900.1 area.. Yr s1 at 0929.

The trend is bearish... Dont forget that, Those pendings are shorts for me.

I closed the ua short. LC was higher on this pair. I will short a bounce.

between the 2 red lines is 100.76.7... That's the high on the pointed at candle. 100.76 ish is where pa is now..

possible gold Long 1915.17. It needs to be watched. Possible reversal candle low will be the stop. If it closes below 1915.17 abort mission. If later it starts closing above, it may be a "go" again. Tp what your comfortable with. Potential tp 1956+. I will need to tweak this later. About 42$ tp. 1/2 is 21$. 1/4 10.5$. Good luck, I may be off the radar when it hits 1915. One can pend something there. Give or take the spread for entry. Entry may be closer to 1916. To blindly trade it. A few bucks s/l may be needed. It may be better to wait for the candles. You can zoom in on a 1 min or higher.
