can't get profit from this method after trying a lot so stopped following and put it in the drawer of things that do not work (for me)

After reading post 1 and following the rules exactly, i find it working, though i am yet to catch runners, i get stopped out mostly at BE+1, at max 20pips and cannot hop back to a continuing trend as it violates the rules. Try posting your charts,

Timing and patience. Your (edit)three losses could have been major winners. Even if you did not catch the big GU move the first leg up was a decent SL @ +25 (red line).
EU H1 low was first @ 4:00 and it held with no trades until 17:00, then the big move
GC also had a big move a@ 11:00, if you follow the trailing stop rules you will not catch the big winners but you will have decent profit.

Hey snakecharmer, thanks mate, I’m still using ichimoku, in fact I took a fourth trade on gold based on ichi. I can’t post it here, I’ll post it there.

Hi @lbtrader.

Yeah I started trading when I made my account here but Ichimoku never really worked out for me even though I studied it extensively and I also took mentoring from Karen Pelloile but still couldn't grasp it. The original strategy from Vic didn't work for me at all, maybe the system or maybe the psychology behind it I don't know...Anyway I read pretty much every post you had on that thread to understand the system and your way of approaching it. I would be really interested to know how do you implemented in this day and age if you ever have time.

Good to know you are still around and always trying to help people understand the trading game.
