i was just from resting expecting the markets and correct its self but my head feels like it will be exploding with frustrating outcome ..i go short only to exit quickly, then the next second it goes bearish quite sharply....uhhhh

you have to wait for the edge.. trade the range. On the edge stops are smaller.
