assuming this exists since it's so simple but I can't seem to find it, but is there an indi that highlights bars where the close=their high or low? (so bar closes at the high or low). Maybe make the bar a different colour or something?

Hi Mntiwana and others. Could you please you write a EA wich will buy if:

1- current candle has at least X% of body (in this image bellow if this value is set to 100%, then only the last candle will be a valid candle)
2- the upper wick is less than Y% of the candle (in this image bellow if this value is set 0% the first the last one woulde be valid since both have 0 upper wick/tail)

i would like to set stop loss and take profit to be X% of the candle. So if the stop is set to 100% with a buy it means it will be exactly at the bottom of the candle. If it is 110% the stop loss will be at 10%¨bellow the bottom of this candle

i would like it to set stop loss and take profit calculating lot size based on the candle size. For example if i use 2 lots for a candle with 100 points i need to use only 1 lot if the next trade have a candle with 200 points. I dont know exatcly how to exaplain how to calculate it.

I can't find the original maker of this script but can I ask one of you to help to modify it for my needs?

Instead of the price being printed under the line, I would like to be able to put my own text there.

The default label in MT4 is totally useless and pointless as it moves when you scroll the charts, very strange design problem but with this tool I am able to mark a level with text too if it can be modified.

Yes,you are right some early versions other than the Mladen's ver (you posted) are wrongly coded and resulting some unexpected outcomes
I think alternatively you can use some other ver of stoch,there are a lot around,even extended one's for both (mt4/5) - Mladen's coded too

There are 2 text tools in MT4, watch the video below to select the correct one for your purpose:
One is TEXT marked A and the other is TEXT Label marked T. You want to use the one marked A

I just saw the other MT4 tool

But hoping someone can still help change the script as it is fast without attaching a level, then attaching text. With the script I can use keyboard shortcut.
