The White House apparently has every intention to regulate cryptocurrencies, according to a new executive order by Biden. It instructs several agencies to focus on crypto derivatives, to study them, and eventually reach a far consensus on a regulatory strategy. Crucially, though, the order also focuses the attention of the Federal Reserve to the potential of a central bank digital currency.

Just a heads up. I didnt hold my short. But I could of. The reason being, the 8h R is 1041.9. and the 6h 1026.8. In front FOMC I dont want to hold much. But later keep these in your pocket. Because if pa starts closing below the lower 090x area things start to change with the larger closes. 6h will close. At or below 1.1 is a evening star, (bearish indicating top off 104x high) The 12h looks the same at the same level. So at close today. Below 1.1 is bearish looking. Some bounce may take place 090x/21.. But if the day closes below 1.1, its probably about to fall again.

The highest tf I see that's bullish is the 4h at 1.0844. Once below 090x.

FOMC, hopefully will show a path to follow. With the prevailing trend is always easier. With the prevailing trend is more forgiving on mistakes. Or it will ripe the heart out of the ones who have "a feeling". Without a reasonable stop loss.

I think we will go back there (if not for this normal FOMC pump before). What i dont know is what the reaction to FOMC will be. Speculating on what direction it will go after is mostly a game of luck. Watch the game. If you put a gun to my head, and told me I had to chose. I would say "get that f-ing gun off my head". I lean toward 1.0721, over 1208. Because last week closed below 0921. To me 0921 is the center of the universe now. So far pa couldn't hold 1021+.

If you take a short at 1080, hold it for at 1east 100 pips. It may struggle some at 0980.. If this happens after the Q/A. that should be good for most trades. Since at 1080 your looking for 100 tp. adjust the stoploss to the tp. 10 pips is 10% of the tp, or so forth. That example 10% should = what your risk tolerance is. If the tolerance it 1% of your equity. 100 pip run could be 10% reward added to your equity. The risk 1% of your account. Make some rules and follow them, constantly adjust. Following rules stops you from blowing an account.
