FXPIG doesn't process withdrawals

Send withdrawal request a week ago, on Friday, marked as done but no money in my wallet, keep saying they will check with their finance team and PSP. Maybe I missed something, has this broker turned into scam already? Acc 700157

UPD: No withdrawal yet, requested on 18 Feb. Keep saying "your funds are safe you will get them soon". Refuse to investigate the issue with their payment service provider.

Pretty much this. How one trusts a financial company that names itself "Pig" is pretty beyond me.

Don't try to deposit to eight cap, also. I had min limit, could not get back anything with a similar response from the "support team"

FX PIG used to be a good broker.
Just because they're called FX PIG dose not mean it's a scam.
PIG is an acronym for Prime Intermarket Group.
But, when they changed their look, leverage, feed types, ect and website, I was not even able to log into my old account. Shame.

Hi all, my recent experience:

Last week I requested for a withdrawal of my deposit and some profits through bankwire. It was processed quickly and correctly and I received the withdrawal within three business days. No complaints from my side. Also trading conditions at Fxpig are good.

I am not related to this broker and trade with several brokers and Fxpig is one of them. They have not asked me to send this message. I am just satisfied with them and thought it would be honest and reasonable to share my experience to give others the opportunity to get a balanced view on them.

In general, I would recommend to stay cautios and carefully consider which part of your equity you trust a broker with, but not avoid this broker if you like their trading conditions.

(EDIT: the only thing I don't like so far of trading at this broker is that it was not possible to create a trading explorer at FF with my fxpig account, but this might also be caused by things outside the control of Fxpig. That never came clear to me)

we just wanted to update you all on the issue, directly from FXPIG and publicly apologize to Pizd0s as we ( personally our CEO) did directly to him.

Our CEO personally reviews all client issues and/or complaints with our customer support and sales staff weekly. When he reviewed his account and issues, he immediately had a meeting with our operations team as well as our Crypto PSP to understand and resolve the issues. These issues did take more time than they should have to resolve, but our hands were tied as we were waiting on our PSP for further information.

While we know that did not "fix" the experience he had with FXPIG, we just wanted to let everybody know that issues can arise when dealing with third parties, and we are constantly making changes to improve the customer experience at FXPIG and that we do care about our clients.

We also offered to upgrade pizd0s account to our Pro Tier, for free, as a thank you for the understanding, if he would like to continue using our service in he future.
