I was just about to comment on GY when I saw your post ,the gaps on both GU and GY are closed and if I were to trade it would be on ltf like M15..price looks like a retracement higher for an entry short. On the daily the short is not there yet ..on the M15 I will probably be going long

thank you very much for informative response will do some digging and look to implement these, a guy like yourself on this Strat do you calculate risk, my way how I've always done things is use an sl, which varies from pip amount but % being risked is always 1% or lower, would be interestingto see how you run things with multiple positions

I don't use % risk but the number of pips. when I'm on M15 or lower I will set SL at 30 pips or less and if I have 2 or more entries then each entry will be set at 30 pips stop. I know for a fact that I won't be risking much but how much I really do not know. If I'm not confident then I will move my stop to b/e asap. Here's my entry on cable

From your chart there's no short according to bbma. Your play is more on a gap closing and your perception of a fall after the gap close but in any case like I have said several times before bulls and bears make money , and those who are neither will not

The dragon looks like catching up with me. My stop is at .50 and cable is +ve atm
