My broker always opens at 5:04 just like all the others. Has forex ever opened late before? This is strange to me... I have a trade open I forgot to close... Been waiting.

Since Russian CB can't prop up the RUB, make companies do it.

Russian oil fields at one time. Were heavily relying on U.S. drilling methods and equipment. I dont know if that is still true, The Russian production a few years ago was dropping. I guess that dont matter now.
