{quote} Use VPS dude. It costs me 30 bucks but I have 0-1 ms ping with Hotforex platform now. If you are serious about trading I strongly recommend to do that.
Ignored
The question was not the cost, rather than what will make the connection to the VPS faster than the connection to the broker's server directly.
After the order is on the VPS that is clear to be fast, but your home PC needs to connect to the VPS too.
Running an EA on a VPS is one thing, but is that a solution to trade manually too, what happened to be more the problem here.
there is always, always another trade!!

VPS could be free if an account meet some certain conditions.

Well, yes VPS is only for EAs. As I trade on limit orders with Hotforex, VPS perfectly suits my needs. In case of manual trading I would advice you to consult with your internet provider, sure they have some special solution for you (magic wire for trader)

I guess google helps you to find the best broker for your country. Exactly for Europe the best one is Amarkets. If you try the demo you'll see the difference between second-rate companies and this one)

Guys, I'm trying to trade with HotForex and Pepperstone. I'm not so happy with either of these 2 because of the lag (Hf) and disconnections (Pp). I think that my comp is quite fast and my internet speed decent enough. So I only blame the distance from Thailand to Cyprus (Hf) and Australia (Pp). If anyone else is trading from Thailand AND is happy with the connection/platform speed, please tell me which broker do you trade with. I'm scalping and speed is of utmost importance.

turn your focus to FCA, those brokers is probably the best choice

Not tested it out, but LMAX have a server you connect to in Hong Kong which should provide a lower latency. You can even connect to their Tokyo exchange but not via MT4.

Also I can see in the above link that XM allows opening of Thai accounts so assume they would have local servers.

I'm interested to see how people get on as I'll be trading out of Bangkok next year.

Thailand in general has pity international bandwidth. Fast but high latency. Perhaps, you will want to use VPS/proxy.
But I've been trading from Thailand for years, latency is very much acceptable even from mobile connection. Unless during big news

Sound like it. VPS operator in Thailand still suck tho. Unless your EA is not so sensitive to latency.

Bumping this thread again. Any other suggestions for brokers with stable connections from Thailand?

I'm guessing any brokers with local servers in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong are probably the best options.

I'll be trading out of Bangkok later this year and this will save me a good bit of time.

As living in Thailand for a while, we found out that many people are encountering the problem of finding a good broker to trade in Thailand.

The most popular broker in Thailand is by far XM, followed by Exness.

If you want to use an international broker for Forex, IC Markets and Roboforex are well-know worldwide and they operate with international regulations outside of Thailand.

In case you want to operate with a local broker, GMI Markets or FXCL might be good options for you.

Best regards

EXNESS (Fully Regulated Broker) - Number 1.
https://one.exness.link/a/c_s0u5ee724n

In the end so far, I am now satisfied with EXNESS FCA Regulated broker that tops the list not only for CENT accounts but also for major Currency accounts for MT4 / MT5. And there are solid reasons for it in my experience. I have taken regular withdrawals almost 2-3 times every week since last year and it runs with a smooth pace. I trade low spread pairs on this broker, so i am happy. Furthermore the best part contains one of the unique feature of allowing stop out margin for account drawdown for more than 95%. Moreover, Withdrawals are instant, especially for Skrill and Neteller e-gateways. many other deposit and withdrawal options are available.

It also allows campaigns for profitable clients to gain on each trade. Like i can remember for last 4 months, i have been winning the total roof of campaign.

The account verification and documentation is very fast as compared to other brokers. You can opt for Swap Free accounts for US Cents/USD and all other currencies available. Also Islamic account version allows commission free trades with the tightest possible spreads. Both Standard and Raw accounts are available. So many more features in this broker.
