When the first dot appears the indicator would print 3 levels or stop loss and 5 levels of take profit on chart .above and below the first dot . Using Average true range. ?

STRATEGY 1
type of pending-----buy stop/sell stop any type,
how pending are placed ---above and below, 9am candle, 5pips distance from each other
please notice at 9am the session is ranging, price can pick my buy stopout, pick my sell stopout then i have nothing left
permanent i mean is not take1 delete1, then it means the other side gains i lose,
EA will keep replacing the pend order on the spot from 9am itself on the spot till the session is over, i made it 5pip to reduce lose untill price choose a direction to pick any of the pend order and leave the area

screenshot shows how i know which direction to use, if the price is below 20/200SMA i use Sellstop for the last price leg going down
if price is above 20/200SMA i use buystop i dont know if EA will be able to do this since it has limitations, BUT IF EA can do it will be best

There is no setting for that. You'll need to ask the broker to change the time setting of their service feed, which they most likely will not do.

If you're doing anything cross-brokers, compare hour figure or gmt offset of each broker and then you'll know the time offset to convert any time from one broker to the other.

what i understood from your post and the link you referring to,you can test/experiment any suitable but reliable oscillator indicator,there are a lot around,almost of every sort

Very first thing is,not all brokers ticks arriving at terminal are same (same value at same time) so data from different brokers is always different comparing to any next broker (no matter slightly) and there are so many reasons for,mostly about net speed,server speed,server/s location,some hidden activities by criminals (brokers) ,a kind of cheating and so on
adjust your local time,broker A time,broker B time,i means same exact GMT - the rest belongs and depends on broker ticks
