Dear Australian Traders,

I'm from Australia, specifically Sydney. Why don't we Oz utilize this forum to discuss our trading strategies, both profitable and unsuccessful trades? We can occasionally get together for a cross-state drive, coffee, lunch, or dinner. Why not? I follow price movements, and pip29 is my mentor.
We aren't here to buy signals or systems if i would want to earn $$$ i will open my trades.

Hello Zer, seems you are very new to indicators and trends. But I was new decades ago and needed guidance as you do, so my brother just load this indicator to a chart and watch the numbers.

Buy (Bull)
For Scalpers; if M1, M5, M15, M30, H1 all are Green (1, 4, 6, 8, ie.) then buy a trade
For Day traders; if M1, M5, M15, M30, H1, H4, D1 all are Green (1, 4, 6, 8, ie.) then buy a trade

Sell (Bear)
For Scalpers; if M1, M5, M15, M30, H1 all are Red (-1, -4, -6, -8) then sell a trade
For Day traders; if M1, M5, M15, M30, H1, H4, D1 all are Red (-1, -4, -6, -8) then sell a trade

But never rush and forex is not to get rich overnight. so stay calm.

Hello Kadosh,

Yes, this is right. the important colors are RED and GREEN,

 

  1. When colors are red that means the Market is BEARISH so you can sell
  2. when colors are GREEN that means Market is Bullish then buy.
  3. Numbers represent price action. if you see M1, M5, M15, M30 all red and 100 or 99 that means a very strong signal to sell.
  4. when you see yellow or purple that means not a strong signal yet so hold on and be patient.


This is called a trend to sell or buy for that particular pair and going against the trend is suicide.
Another piece of advice holding trades overnight is suicide for this kind of trading as spread increased from 0.2 to 15pips overnight so all your trades will close in losses anyway therefore, the best practice is to close all your trades before going to bed.

I've been testing a few EAs so let's see how things goes.

Beautiful Trend and counter trend systems. So far I'm in a Demo account and will continue trading systems in the demo but soon I'll link these systems to my Live account.

NOTE: Please check all my trades having STOP LOSS. Not using stop loss isn't bravery but suicide therefore, must use SL in trending systems.

I usually trade in London and NY but my family is my priority so tonight i might trade in NY only.

NOTE: This is my demo account so please no one should follow my trades or consider it signal. I always use SL and TP Fixed. But you are welcome to use indicators and learn trendy.

Can you post screenshots of your template with all indicators when you enter the trade?
Anything above the line is an uptrend, below the line is a downtrend.

In Nihilist's original thread he says to load the myRSIOMA indicator as well as the TrendDetector indicator. Does anyone know if this is necessary or does the TrendDetector work "stand alone".

Hello Old,

I currently do not have an EA to open / close trades based on Nihilist trend indicator. However, I do watch his indicator and open trade with fixed TP and SL in my Demo account.

You may download and try myRSIOMA with Nihilist trend indicator. However, I'm purely using Nhilist trendDetector for now.

My screen doesn't have Nihilist indicators only as I've been testing few EAs tonight, also I've decided to use Nihilist indicators to my Live account so I can open trades in Trendy market only.

I started Live trading on Monday or Tuesday 1/03/2022.
I did have a few SL but the TP is much bigger than the loss. each trade lot size was 0.10 only.

And yes I did adjust SL and TP as per the market conditions.
