This thread HEDGE FUND is a Black Box.
It is for those who are seriously interested in making money in the Long run trading GOLD-XAUUSD.
It is based on the following time tested and proven idiosyncrasy of the market,
that:
1. The nature of the market is randomness in a mathematical manner.
2. Given any Median Price (MP), the market could either go up or down at that price or away from it.
ASSUMPTIONS
1. Market "always" returns to a given Median price if it has not used that price before.
2. Market must use a given Median price
3. The account operating this system will only have floating losses, but definite take profits set to 100pips.
4. We become the house. Wherever the market turns to (Ranging, Trending, Choppy) money is made in the long run. Hedge fund style, one year profit/loss percentage determination.
RULES
1. The account operating this system uses for Entry Only Stop and Limit Orders (pending orders), set at the Median price.
2. At start, divide funded balance by any value between (10000-100000). Note: The higher the divisional value, the smaller the lot size, the floating losses, and the take profits, but the account will grow long term.
3. Trade once set, market does the rest. That is, activate and then take profits or float the losses.
4. As account Balance, Equity, and Free Margin increases, the major focus is on the "Free Margin". Divide the Free Margin by the initial divisional value that was chosen in Rule 2.
5. Trade all Median prices as they are generated, It is a must. Minimum one or maximum four a day. It is part of the probabilistic nature of the market.
SUGGESTIONS
1. Only fund the money you are willing to lose. Very important
2. Fund at least 1000 Cents (cent account) or 1000 Dollars (standard account). And watch the power of exponential growth after one year.
3. Since it is a Blackbox, only BiteFX will generate the Median prices. And it remains so.
4. Trust the market to do its thing.
5. Hedge fund will continue based on the choice of divisional value, choose wisely.
