Makes me wonder if partial exiting and holding on for more is actually a good idea!

Maybe try to switch sides when the barrier is broken and retested?

FED trade.
Took us -10 pips in drawdown but we held on.
Closed +24 pips.
Note: Keep the trade for 15 pips in DD. Then close in loss. 10 pips stop is not good. Many stop hunts are done in that range. Case in point, see above. Took us -10 pips in DD and wanted us to close our longs in fear! But we held on. Typical after news behavior to shake out weak trades and make them close their positions and then reverse it!
Followup:
On FED day, due to high volatility, there are big moves. See below, our USDCAD actually hit our first TP which was the ADR high.
Keep it running on FED day. It can produce high profits.

Not the best day.
However our learning was reinforced by this unlucky event:
Trading breakouts are not like this. This was simply a fake run to trap sellers. And we got trapped!
From now on, we'll wait for a cleannnn break, retest, and then continuation.

Notes for Friday:
Change the swing to accommodate new price points for Friday. This way you can stay away from bad trades on Friday and be able to take profit when you need to and also this will set your angles ready for the next week.

Two sets of diagonals. As you can see they both work! So stick to just one. This was a test to see if there's a 'perfect' grid and diagonals. There's not. There's only a relative better one. Because all in all, they all work!

But i have a query that you are using Tradingview platform right?but the indicator shared in price and time forecasting thread was for mt4 platfrom, then how you modified it for TV?or you himself coded for trading view?and also it looks a little bit different from mine haa? Edit: ohh i found it you are using modified fibo fan am i right?but still i need some more explanation, kindly tell me
Yes it's the Fib Speed Resistance Fan in TradingView.
The settings is just the levels in octaves (100 divided by 8).
Personally, I now recommend the diagonal indicator in MT4 because it's much faster. I'm guessing you didn't fiddle with the indicator's setting and you draw the diagonals by trendlines and that can get really tiring.
Go to the indicator's setting and activate the diagonals. It will automatically draw the up and down diagonals for you. Also turn on the "place" button so that you'll be able to quickly create that box and diagonals instead of having to add the indicator all over again from the Navigator.

Failure to change market direction, Bullish Order Block takes downside liquidity and breaks the leftside temporary high with the momentum candle. Retrace into the OB is the entry long.
