In today’s trading room, we analyzed the charts for the upcoming week. We start with the higher time frames and then check the lower time frames to look for intraday opportunities.

We identified a lot of major pairs at yearly significant lows and highs, where continuation breakouts are very unlikely to happen, especially at this time of the year. Accumulation areas where institutions will push the market to reverse from there.

In today’s trading room, we analyzed the charts for the upcoming week. We start with the higher time frames and then check the lower time frames to look for intraday opportunities.

Today, the first trading day after the Christmas holiday. As usual, low-volatility patterns and higher spreads as banks and institutional enjoy their vacation.

We reviewed the Dollar Index (DXY), which may be interesting to follow by the beginning of 2022. Also, energy markets with Oil and Gas may provide some pressure to the currencies that relied on their transactions such as the CAD.

Here's today's recording Forex Trading Room Session.

In today’s trading room, we analyzed the charts for the upcoming week. We start with the higher time frames and then check the lower time frames to look for intraday opportunities.

We reviewed the key economic events for this week (lots of employment data, FOMC, etc.), reviewed the majors' heatmap, and examined key levels on high time-frame charts of the majors.

There are some interesting opportunities for JPY pairs. EURCHF is still in the danger zone. In addition, we analyzed the dollar index (DXY), crude oil, spot gold (XAUUSD), and spot silver (XAGUSD) - both are now available for Bootcamp.

In addition to my previous complaint , that was never addressed, now I come to complain about the firm's customer service.

1) I have been doing the Bootcamp Challenge, where there is a maximum 1% risk allowance per pair. After 3 violations we are out, not only for the current MT5 account but for the whole set of the 3 MT5 accounts, in case we can progress, of course.

2) I had one violation then I received another two issued in the very same second.

3) I sent a support request on the 29th December about that issue and received the ticket number.


4) On the 3rd January no one had replied yet, so I insisted and received this reply on the 4th:


5) I sent the same request and the answer I received from another subsequent follow-up message was:


6) I have resent the request for the 3rd time and received this answer.


7) I was not happy with the justifications, so I protested again and received this reply:


8) After all, Microsoft was to blame for all this! And the number of acceptable risk violations is at your own discretion.

Please, can I be refunded for this program. I have asked 3 times for that and received no reply. It is only 50 bucks!
My position on the challenge is fine, I may well finish all the 3 partial challenges. I am just tired of your firm.

Someone in the back office sent me an email saying that the refund will be processed. I will monitor that.
They cared to immediately disable the account.
They forgot to apologize for the irregular behaviors and inconveniences caused. Probably, it is just a cultural issue.

This is something The5ers analysts repeat many times. Risk management is the key to success in trading for the long term.

Being patient and waiting for your decision zone will considerably increase your risk reward. Taking a trade a bit earlier will reduce your reward, or even worse, increase your losses by entering at a bad entry point.

Waiting for good timing is definitely not easy, but you will often have to let your trades go and move to another opportunity.

Risk management and psychology are inevitably connected.
