With a 100% certainty. PA with go to 1439/40, or it will make a LL, -1185

I also need -1258 to make 1323 a stronger R. I think below it, I need -1208 to weaken bulls and make 1296 a stronger R. And 1026 to strengthen 1208 as a R.

1339 attracted price.. 1343 is some R. Price has to get back below 1329 to drop. It has not. I dont know if 1343 will hold R or not. 1308 may attract.. But nothing can happen with price between 1329 and 1343.. Its a draw here. But the 30 min candle favors bears (if the atm high holds). But it dont say how far. It may be just to 1329 or 1308.

There is a very large options expiration happening tomorrow at 10 AM east coast. The bulk of the 2 - 3 billion in options are below 1.13. This should help to drag the pair back down into the old range. It might be enough to hit that magically number that G always mentions at 1.1209 or so.

to constipate your life further.. 1323 could also support it.. Bears need to get below 1308.. and even then 1296 etc is trying to screw you..Consolidation is hard to trade. You dont know what day or minute it will break out.

On the five minute chart there is nice head and shoulders pattern that is forming. It may bounce back up at 1305 ish to around 1325 and then fall to 1290 or so if it completes. Again just looking at the clouds to see the animals.

Very cool article. They have a lot of smart people over there.
I am curious why there are not any obvious road drains shown in the photo? There will likely be some small leaks as the building settles. There is always condensation on the walls from the outside air that is pumped in. There are water drips from the air conditioning from cars. There are nasty liquids from the exhaust tailpipes. And finally there is the issue of cars being wet or snow covered from weather prior to entering the tunnel.
Maybe the drains are there. Who knows?

I dont know how deep it is underwater. each inch of water weighs about 5 pounds pcf. For light ships, boats and ships to pass over it. I could imagine its 20 + feet underwater. At 20' the pressure should be 5x12x20=1200. That and that Chunnel (31 miles) are a engineering wonder.

EU will move higher. Looking at the bull moves by NY of Friday and Wednesday they are changing the usual short/long days. I think this goes to 1370 again and maybe above.
