A this time of the day, of the week ..all depends on which target they have for tomorrow Quarter expiration.
Simnz showed in his yd post an interesting possible 15600 level with many positions built around there.
We'll see....reminds me last September Quarter when he indicated (days before) level 15500 for expiration day, roughly hit at 13CET DAX expiration time......

SOX nervous today erasing yd gains and weighing on NASDAQ performance.

US SP500 flirting with 4700 zone. I expect a possible dive down any time to catch some stops.

Indeed SOX has pushed Nasdaq down to the 61.8% retrace as per my post in my old thread....

"Nice action this afternoon in Nasdq here on my M 1 chart

No 1 The High Vol poke above the red MA was in a bearish Spinning Top - Sell

No2 Another poke above the red MA was followed by a Wide Ranged Red bearish engulfer - Sell

No 3 Price held twice at the confluence of the BRN, 50% retrace & Daily Piot and was followed by a Green Wide Ranged Bullish Engulfer - Buy

No 4 Price retraced 38.2% of its fall at the next BRN & then had a Red Bearish Engulfer - Sell

Now price had fallen to the 61.8% retrace, just above the important 16,000 BRN Will this area hold??

I dont trade Nasdaq, maybe one day, as I always wrote.
But I usually have 2 refers, only refers, from US, since long time ago: US SP500 official Index and SOX=Semiconductors Nasdaq SubIndex.
These 2 US refers always helped me to understand or better say: "try to understand", what US want do.

For instance on mid March 2020 in full pandemic panic mode, SOX was the 1st or one of the 1st markets reacted strongly on the upside.
It usually moves well before the other subIndex/markets. It's not a general rule, but often works in this way.
