Don't want to be a trillionaire, I need to earn for myself and help poor people in my country. That's my target, We are human, we don't know what at the time we die, we don't bring anything after death, You know Demo trading and real account trading gain very deference results, As I think It's psychological problems. that's why 95% of traders are lost, the better option is FTMO.
I'm doing real accounts I have to attach a little account to the FF, see the results,

I withdrew and transfers several times than the deposited amount. Now I trade on market money, It relaxes my mind. Maybe I'm wrong, I see forex is a mind game.

More FREEZING today ... FTMO is a rip off seriously !! They can just feeze you out of trades and force you to mismanage all your positions because you never know when it will unfreeze. {image}

If so, I confirm that MT5 has issues with occasional freezing. Happened to me several times. I want to believe it is not intentional but I do not understand why they keep on offering this platform if it does not work!

They should be giving a full refund to anyone or a new challenge account and stop offering MT5 all together
I just wanted to provide an update. I'm unable to actually PM Vitek as he asked possibly because my account here is new? Anyways I went ahead and let support know I spoke to him. Unfortunately, they're still not willing to work with me no matter how many times I've brought up the issue and screenshots of their live chat and Viteks confirmation of MT5 freezing. I felt I needed to do something dramatic to get their attention since support just brushes it off saying they have no MT5 issues. They're 100% unwilling to work with me and I feel pressed about it considering MT5 has mainly frozen on me during my verification stage and we all know every minute can be crucial. I do have SL set, but when it freezes it allows it to move past your SL and delay the close.
I went ahead and did a chargeback on my card since they've confirmed the server-sided issues with MT5 is on their end. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and even tried reasoning with support prior to this. I felt this may be the only way to get someone who will actually look into it. Once submitted almost immediately I received an email from their claims pretty much saying I'll lose and that they'll unlock my account if I drop the claim (Not the response I was looking for) I've been going back and forth with them saying I am 100% willing to drop the claim if they're willing to work with me. I requested a retest on MT4 which I really don't find unreasonable considering the circumstances.
Again, I know they're legit. I have no doubt about it as I have multiple friends who've been funded by them for years. Personally, I've had no issues with them up until now and I don't even believe it's the company. I believe it's just the support agent I've been dealing with Via email as It seems he's the only one I keep getting linked to.

Attached are photos from MT5 logs to show you guys what I mean. One day it lasts for roughly 10 minutes. A day or two after it catches me again literally see "Attempt 1" all the way to "Attempt 55" until it finally connects.

My latency only hits that high when it starts to freeze.. I've never encountered freezing until the verification stage with FTMO unfortunately. Wish I had a different outcome, but it is what it is right lol

Did you know you can use any other meta traders platforms even if it not provided by FTMO
For example download mt5 from ic market
And you can log in to your FTMO just go search FTMO server

Where are you located in the world and what is the quality of your internet ? also have you tried doing it on another computer and another internet connection ? in the end it might just be ur setup who knows... gotta take all doubt away before blaming FTMO server for losing connection, and sl is hit no matter if ur platform is open or not, its set on the server side
