Just for your concerns
I've got the same issue.
I've read your posts and checked buttons
This is my case... After updating the reference price and changing Index for next orders, the P/L column stopped showing data ever since. At the moment I've got trades with index A and index Z still no data in P/L column. I tried to switch Index button to existing open trade index and ALL indexes and still columns are empty.
Index button is NON-GREEN
MCP and PV are still showing data no matter what index I choose or ALL.

now ask your self:
1) what will happen if LAD=5 instead of 1
2) what will happen if O=D=76, instread of 25, and LAD=3 instead of 1
etc...
