Hey, do you work for the5ers? Would have been nice if someone told me -_- This has major implications because my main 5-minute chart will require a huge amount of work to craft it similarly enough to MT4 on MT5. I like being able to drag my TP/SL orders according to my 5-minute chart and all its drawings. Oh well. Just another item on the list of endless work to do. Maybe I'll see you guys in a few months

I don't work for The5%ers. I was informed after I emailed their help desk. Their FAQ used to say MT4 is available but now no more.

Why don't you use FXBlue Trade Copier?...Do your work on MT4 and send your trades to MT5.

We sent an email about CHF and also posted it on our Facebook Group

This was the mail:

Since then, we have sent another mail and posted it on the trader dashboard:

CHF pairs are now open to trade. Please be aware the margin has significantly risen. Opening trades on CHF pairs could take up all of your free margin. Please apply extra caution.

You can also watch our Live Spreads Stream here.

It's very important to us to be transparent, and we have no problem you are publishing your conclusions, but please, if you can, check why something is happening before publishing.

Your argument does not make any sense at all.
For USD/CHF you are applying the same 12x aggravation multiplier while all other brokers have spreads for USD/CHF absolutely normal.

I understand your point of view. Again, we would like to be as much as transparent.
We are not a broker but a fund. Therefore, we are taking this decision in order to protect our traders.

Regarding the spreads on CHF, we are aware that this is more than the average, but that is what we offer now. There is a high risk to take by trading those pairs.
Our analyst and risk team will reevaluate the CHF on a daily basis, and we will update once it gets back to normal.

Your spreads are really high and not only on CHF pairs. This is really to protect YOU, not the traders.
The enormous margin, associated with a thin leverage are in your words another way to protect Traders, but are not. The spreads are already there to protect YOU, so how many layers of protection do you need?

Hey JotaP,

Regarding the CHF, this is only for prevention toward our traders.

We have just checked our spreads again, and there is nothing unusual compared to other brokers. The spreads, and our commission, altogether, are aligned with the most popular brokers.

Which brokers? Why don't you name them?
And it is really never seen for CHF pairs. Also for some NZD pairs. On top we have also commissions and swaps. All to protect the Traders.

You charge the highest spread, then 3 or 4 USD commission per lot, then swaps.
On the list I gave you the highest spread don't charge commissions.

Probably you should know that all these videos are not popular at all, just see number of views in YouTube.

And I don't think turning the5ers into a Training Academy is useful for traders, all of these classic teachings based on BabyPips wisdom are known losers.

We would much more appreciate you care about the customer feedback, but you don't. I am still waiting to see when the absurd margin for CHF pairs is fixed.
