This is a very old EA and as far as I remember it needs some indicators that you need to download from the original thread.

This is renko chart creator ea and m talking about renko trading Ea and it’s telling me to open renko non gap chart

Hello, I have tried EAs that work like the one in the image but not without profitable, the renko graphics are great in my opinion but they do not work magic, it is better to get something simpler but functional. Do you have experience with that kind of EAs?

Hi JaimeAlejan! You are correct - there is nothing magic about Renko! Renko does not provide trades magically where they don't exist, but Renko can simplify trading by removing the need for too many additional indicators, there is enough information in the naked charts to provide trade entry points based on some simple rules. I know, in fact like you, I use indicators to mark the most important levels of the market and the most important supports and resistances.
by the way I admire your ability to maintain consistency in trading with the DAX, I hope one day to reach that level.

Hi again, thanks for your comments. I am reasonably consistant, I think it is ecause my patience is much better than it used to be and I am prepared to wait until I am happy with the set up and not just pull the trigger at anything that moves It can be frustrating at times - running helps!
I also use another Renko chart with 10 pip bricks to help me identify the levels, but I like the S/R indicator you are using. Cheers, Dave
