ADR is spent.. i dont know how much they have left in the tank.. Next R at 1642. see chart. bulls may like to maintain 1625. That may be hard to do with 1642 so close.

strength or weakness gauges are on the chart in levels. Since the 4h (8h and below tf) closed above 1625.. The counter is a close below 1625. Since the 4h didnt close above 1642.. weakness would be closing below 1625, strength is above 1642. After, go to the next level with the same test. Chose a time frame. Atm 4h is bullish toward 1642. above it is 1653

Ma will not do this, they will lag, atm the 15 min missed closing above 1642. So if the 15 min now closes below 1625. The 15 min would be bearish. That's a relative term. You know the 4h is bullish. We know adr is overextended. Any drop would require -1625 closing. We can always go to a higher tf.. The higher frame and dispute the 4h. One has to chose a time frame. And acknowledge the others may be opposite. In this little scenario, 1625 is the world for support. Or loss of it.

If the 15 min can take with a close below 1625.. It may seek 1614. With the 4=8 h bullish. It may be best to be less greedy. More so with closes above 1642. target 1653

Still bullish testing 1642.. the close was higher,, normally that is bullish. Its just not as bullish as closing above 1642.2 level s/r on the chart. Maybe it will on the 1h.
