I am sharing my experience on this thread after getting no response at all from MFF for an entire week after having passed stage I of the evaluation program.

I have joined MFF a couple of weeks ago, trying for the 10k evaluation program in order to see how they work, and expecting to scale up to a bigger account size later on. Within 5 days (minimum required trading days) I had reached my profit target for stage I, and I expected to hear from MFF within 24 to 48h max. so I could move on to stage II. I emailed to them 1, 2 and 5 days after having met all targets, but I only received an automated message saying "Your request Ticket# has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. Please expect a response within the next 24 hours as we review and evaluate a best solution for you".

This was 6 days ago, which shows that MFF does have some serious problems currently. I am willing to give MFF the benefit of the doubt, i.e. they might well just be understaffed right now after having grown so rapidly. But I would like them to inform as transparently as possible concerning the type of issues they are facing so that we as traders don't waste our time.

Btw, more than happy to share my account details with MFF staff on private message so you can investigate internally.

we regularly make announcements to be transparent with the issues we are facing with through our discord channel, I will drop a link below so maybe you can join us there as well.

We respond every email in our inboxes if you sent it to correct address. Perhaps you sent the email to [email protected] and it is a no reply email addres, saying this because it is a common mistake. We will change the name of that address to [email protected] very soon.

Thank you very much for the swift response. I'm happy to share the required information with you. Unfortunately it seems like I can't send private messages since I only just joined Forexfactory for this post - it says "Private Messages Restricted Per Member Status". Not sure whether there is any other way to contact you directly, but for now I'll write an email and ask staff to forward it to you.

I will say that I did indeed send my emails to [email protected] as you suspected. Strangely, to one of my emails I received an automated response saying that a "request Ticket# (XXXXXX) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. Please expect a response within the next 24 hours as we review and evaluate a best solution for you." So in case you want to make it clear that this is a no-reply-address, those automated responses need to be deactivated too.

MFF is usually very good at responding, I have found the service to be second to none. If there is an issue, they address it promptly. Remember the market will be there tomorrow) Yavuz rocks!

Yep, still want to work with them, just frustrating dealing problems that shouldn't happen, good job these are just demo accounts is all I can say at the moment... if real cash was involved, well then...

Let's hope they are backend IT problems or something.

Just an update on the issue I described above: after notifying MFF - now to the correct email address - that I have met my stage I objectives, I was informed that I would receive my account details for stage II within 24-48h. About 36h later, I did receive my account details.

In retrospect:
1. I wrote several times to the wrong email address. This is my fault (the correct address can be found on the MFF website), but as Yavuz said, it would be good to make it clearer that [email protected] is a no-reply address.
2. MFF seems to be under heavy pressure (chat room has had queue of about 40-50 people when I asked a question) and some processes can be made more user-friendly (e.g. no-reply address), but overall they have been responsive when the right channels of communication were used.

If the administrator of this thread is ok with it, I will post updates on the next stages (live account; payout).

Thanks for the update, my own issues I have had to figure out myself. My main concern was that my MT4 had been hacked, it hadn't but I did work out what the billing dept had done. Unfortunately, no reply from them which would have saved me a few days, thanks to Conner though for trying to help.

Once MFF sought out the automation and back end I'll add more accounts but only when the support is properly sorted.

And that Discord channel, honestly it needs sorting out. Those people on there should pass a challenge before they are allowed to buy one.. like maybe counting down from 10 to 0 or something.

Cut the dross and help real traders...

Hello Fagin,

thank you very much for you honest feedback. We actually banned 100s of people from our discord due to being toxic. We will be taking action more in depth, I will personally get my hands on it to make it a better place to have a chat and share with other traders here in our family.

Automation will (most likely) be done in first half of November. I actually can’t wait to see how it will change the things in MFF

All MFF looks very interesting and well designed, but I see that the most important thing is missing and it is the quality of the mt4, the instruments, the slippage, the spread and the connection to the market liquidity, for the moment I see that for scalping it is not ideal, for example, GER30 the spread is very high, if you allow a DEMO account it is easy to study the connection of the MT4, without Demo it is risky to buy a program or account for experts of 100,000 or 200,000 upwards.
I have an FTMO account and spread is the best, there is always liquidity, never slippage, I am sure that MFF can improve conditions,
The problem is if you pay $ 979 for an account and then you don't like the market conditions, you are going to throw your money away.
What do you guys think about a demo?

-If I recall correctly, demo accounts are on their list of to-do's.

I also think that the spreads are not great, but they do provide a snapshot of spreads on their website for anyone that is curious about that. I'm sure that they would be willing to provide you a live snapshot for a specific session, as well.

Regarding slippage and execution, a demo account will not show you that, unfortunately. People in the public discord might be willing to share their experiences, though.

I think the solution is very simple, MFF gives you a demo for testing, anyway they are DEMOS, when you want to pay they send you a demo that starts to count for the Evaluation account, simple and easy, If the interest of MFF is help traders
