Did IC Markets stop giving live chat support?

I have been noticing that IC Markets stopped giving live chat support!?!?!

Is this a temporary thing?
Is this a sign they are about to go bankrupt....?
How can they not afford to provide live chat support (which they have done since day 1)....?
