When GFT stopped offering its services to retail accounts, I managed to find that forex.com was
still offering services so I opened an account with a paltry $500, hoping to refine my knowledge
and trade $1/pip. That way, a breakout trade at a respectable level of leverage could help me
get breakout trades in the 90-150 pip range. (This is just small beer to many of the traders on
board; I haven't quit my day job yet.)

However, I was appalled to learn that even great trades only allowed me to grab about $10,
not the $100 I was hoping to get. That doesn't even cover the cost of the internet.

I am going to have to either (i) start an offshore business and trade in Canada as an
employee of that firm, or (ii) move to either London or New York and trade there,
where online brokers will provide service.
