Dave, is there a place I can find some in depth explanations regarding the settings...for example, what is the step back and how to set it , why 64 as standard setting for the 1 hour and so on...I would like to understand the math behind the settings so I can tweak things according to the time period I normally trade..

Dave not really bad Bitcoin and DAX. I do not post anymore because nobody seems interested. But I am always ready to help friends and answer their questions.

But as I have said many times
I am a very simple guy, that is not clever so I just use and relies on my eyes, every thing else goes over my head
I make a few bob with Murrey using it right or wrong so that's all that matters to me.

Thank you Dave and Parisboy

.....after doing some research last night I tried a few things based on squaring techniques...using 4 hour chart, but instead of using 4 hour setting for MM, I used Daily setting on the 4 hour chart....then squared the last major swing and scale fixed the chart so the 45 degree is truly the 45 degree.

Notice how accurate price reacted continually at the 45 on the long side until price hit the daily Center of Gravity...the 4/4. I think I can build a method based on this going forward...take some patience though..

A better spot imho.....Tdi is just guage, to see oversold./overbought condition...nothing more....
