Judging by your anger and all you have done so far I know 3 things about you :

Number 1 : You have no girlfriend, you should really get that tension off if you know what I mean
Number 2 : You never been profitable for more than 3 to 4 consecutive months.
Number 3 : You have so much anger and frustration that it indicates your mental state and non-existent consciousness.

Yes, last night I received the payout and an email detailing what happened on their part as well as mine. All my appreciation for that. I did not post as I wanted to let room for the staff to reply as it is respectfully of me to do so.

We actually agreed to pay you in the first place but obviously you need to close your positions so we can pay, we won't be able to decide whether pay you according to your balance or equity when you have open positions, because open positions can end up closing in losses.

Our accounts team gave me a clear statement about your consistancy violation. I want to point out that above stats from your records doesn't show that how many trades you took per day. It only shows total trades per pair/asset. In this case I am not sure how did you calculate your trades per day to check your consistancy yourself.

However, our backend team decided to pay you your profits since you are a new trader with us and your deviation wasn't that big. That is us being nice here and trying to help you here.

I personally have a decent experience with Rapid accounts since I started trading with it in the company before I started working here.

You know my email, feel free to contact with me if you want to discuss about rapid accounts or if you need any further help. Maybe I can help you with some strategies I used for my rapid CEA account back then.

My calculations were based solely as they are written on the site and came to my understanding, If I may, I suggest maybe reformulating them, it will make for sure life more easier for a lot of upcoming traders. As it is now, most of us understand it is only about weekly average, not daily, with all honesty.

Also please note yesterday I just received an e-mail from one of MFF staff confirming that indeed on Rapid accounts I do not have to close my positions, so this is confusing. Please follow-up with them if you may to settle this. Me and some other traders around FX prop firm FB are on Rapid especially for not being obliged to close orders, as we can hold upcoming equity and build bigger positions. I would greatly appreciate if we are allowed to do so, and if negative equity, to be paid on balance as long as equity is not below a certain percent of balance like traditional props do, as it evens out from a week to another and the firm doesn't loose money, that will be a blast.

Thank you again as well for your willing to help with a strategy, it would be interesting to maybe sometime sit at a "coffee" and do a brainstorm session as I think we both have a bunch of experience in the markets to share

I express my appreciation for the goodwill , regardless if the deviation of consistency was little, I do appreciate it !

Most companies do not provide that kind of information on their website, and those that do, typically provide generic information that leads to a physical address that services multiple businesses and a phone number that is set up to play an automated message and nothing more, as a way to 'appear' legitimate. MFF has employees that work remotely, in offices throughout the globe. Primary address and company formation information can be found online and are provided upon request. Contact with company support can be made through many different channels and are very accessible.

Not sure what you are hoping to achieve here by poking imaginary holes in their credibility over something that is not required nor even expected these days.

By the way, if you want to see what is 'cooking behind the scenes', you can check out their youtube channel that discusses what changes are being made, why those changes are being made and even by whom. MFF is one of the most transparent companies that you will find, comparatively speaking, and that holds true even for companies outside of the trading space. They also have a discord channel with multiple levels of support available throughout different times of the day. Most companies do not even bother, nor would they even dare, to provide such transparency and accessibility.

Just my opinion.

yes i had visited their discord and i have to admit it's very active and supportive. but the confusing thing they don't upload payout proof videos on their youtube channel as FTMO do. I can't find even one motivated video !
i say that coz of their great eval offer and easy rules that compete FTMO, supposed to see more traders succeed and withdrawals proofs. but not even one video.! Don't they interview their traders ? or no traders making big profits with them ?

-They have a channel on discord dedicated solely for payout proof. Loads of traders have shared their experiences.

Regarding the interviews, they spoke about it on one of their recent youtube videos (maybe the Q&A video?) that they are already looking into incorporating trader interviews and will likely start publishing some soon. MFF is still relatively new, so some delays and changes should be expected.
