Traditional test on m5, added some more positions.. CJ will hit 87.00 within the next 30 mins or so.

I'm going to take a 4 day weekend so take care.

**EDIT** Bleh.. I closed out the 2nd batch at 86.81.. price isn't going anywhere. First batch at 86.60 still open.

Those levels are high volume closes. I literally talk about HVC's in 90% of my posts.

Here are the bars that I got the levels from. Normally I just use the previous day's HVC for trade decisions, if I catch a trend like I did today then I go back on past days and start drawing levels and watch which levels price is reacting to and how price is reacting to it.

Positions from today...
Good long, and I burned all profit and get on - trying long. Why? There were NO SUPPLY's and they took my Stop losses...

Where you should've gotten out was on that widespread up bar with climatic volume. 17:03 I think. You won't always see climatic volume as an indication to get out. You watch to see if price starts reacting to weakness. If price starts reacting to weakness and stops reacting to strength thats also a good indication to get out.

You're right about the first bar not being a ND, I did mark the chart in a hurry. The first bar is more of potential selling there is an increase in volume, either way you can see how that bar is weak and price pushed through it with ease.

The failed test that you're thinking of is different than how price reacts to a test. I talked about the failed test that you are talking about here.

The market isn't perfect, not all tests will be less than the previous two. And you don't want to enter in off every test. But those tests I'm pointing out serve a purpose. The pros are using those test to see how the price is reacting to them. If the pros are selling and no one is buying their tests then they know they can drop price easily.

RULE 1: Weakness, when it appears, usually appears on UP bars.

Exception: Pushing through supply (Principle 5 SOS)

I know i just have to learn and get better.

I have a question. When you see ND or NS you are waiting to get confirmation, for next bar to close up/down previous candle and then get entry?

Most of the basic questions about ways to enter and HVZ/HVC/Triggers can be answered if you make your way through the thread mate.
